We came here specifically for the 35.99 Prime Rib Special they have from 4-11PM on live show nights only (you can check the event calendar for the dates). The Prime Rib Special features a 16oz Prime Rib, mash potatoes, and green beans. The restaurant was on the quiet side in comparison to other restaurants which means a good place to talk with your tablemates without screaming or having hearing issues. A lot of tables look empty and there was no wait time to get a table which was nice on a Friday evening close to 8pm. Our waiter was handsome and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Onion Soup here, it is SO GOOD! I would come back just for this soup. There is a bit of wait time for the food but if you have good talkers in your party you will not notice too much.

All day breakfast at Rise! Sunny side up eggs and well done bacon done right! Quick service, good food, no wait! Perfect place to stop for a quick meal in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.

Located inside Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. Server was Fabulous. Super attentive and made great menu recommendations. Meat was tender and flavorful. Enjoy the experience, food, and dessert. Definitely will be back for more.

Kinda pricey but....anything at a non all-inclusive resort should be expected. Thankfully they were open. The only restaurant open at 8am here. My waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Jadranka from Macedonia is the section you want to be in. Had the Croissant breakfast sandwich. Perfectly runny yolk and delicious and i enjoyed several Mimosas. It is all the way left of the Guitar hotel in a corner. Worth the walk.

This place looks fancy but the menu is your typical diner menu choices. I had the Maui tacos and my husband had the Turkey dinner. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. It’s a big restaurant. I was surprised it wasn’t more crowded. The food was reasonably priced.

This is a nice place to have brunch at. The breakfast was great and the customer service was great also. If you’re a local I suggest you check them out.

The Rise at Hard Rock was very yummy! The place was empty so we got seated right away. The service was quick and the prices were decent. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the bbq chicken sandwich, rebuan sandwich, strip steak with beans, rice, and Yuca. Also got side salad with blue cheese dressing. Everything was well cooked and very delicious. The salad were very fresh and the dressing was different but good overall good casual restaurant at the hard rock!
